Eclipse (IP) Ltd Testimonial CCTV DAFC

Dunfermline Athletic Football Club was founded in 1885 and have played their home games at East End Park ever since.

The club has, through the years had many successes having won the Scottish Cup twice and even reached the semi-finals of the European Cup Winners’ Cup in the 1968-69 season.

The Pars, as they are also known, have had their up and downs like many clubs in Scottish football but have been recognised in recent years as a true supporters club with it’s ownership changing to the fans group Pars United in 2013.

East End Park itself has a capacity of 11,480 across it’s four stands and has a special place in the hearts of the Pars many fans.

The stadium is an all seater with under-soil heating as well as a number of corporate event spaces.

CCTV Upgrade

Eclipse (IP) Ltd were invited to assess the CCTV cameras that were installed at East End Park and used predominantly for crowd monitoring on matchdays.

The cameras had been installed for a number of years and the image quality was poor.

Eclipse (IP) Ltd upgraded all of the cameras to full HD, utilising a lot of the existing infra-structure to minimise the disruption and down time.

Client’s comment:-

“Eclipse (IP) Ltd were professional from start to finish. The difference in the CCTV camera images is remarkable and we hope to be partners with Eclipse for many years to come.” – Michael Mlotkiewicz, General Manager.
