New clients:

To comply with GDPR regulations form submissions on this site require you to be a (logged in user) this allows you to edit or delete  your form entries held on our site at anytime.

Once you have submitted the Client registration form you will recieve an email verification to complete your registration, your email address will be used to create your Username, when logging in everything proceeding the @ in your email address will be the username.

Data gathered on this site via forms, cookies and Google Analytics are used exclusively to allow Eclipse (IP) Ltd to communicate with new and existing clients and are not shared with any third parties. Our use of Google Analytics and the Tawk Live Chat Plugin is used to measure website performance and does not gather any personal identifiable information.

Existing client: can contact the support team by ;-

  1. Online chat. (For general enquiries).
  2. Logging a call through our  IT helpdesk (Existing IT Support customers only).
  3. By calling the service desk on 08455 130 192 (Existing Fire, Safety and Security customers)
  4. Creating a account and submitting an enquiry form.

If you have signed up for one of our IT Support Packages we will access your device directly via our remote monitoring agent upon approval.
