As part of our on-going commitment to continuously developing this experience, customers who are undergoing works on-site shall receive an installation update on a weekly basis.

What is the installation update and why am I receiving it?

As part of our commitment towards ensuring that you are fully updated with the progress and status of your installation at all times, we provide you with weekly installation updates. This document is issued every Monday morning, and provides a running update on the status of your installation. It details any outstanding issues which need to be resolved, which may be preventing the installation from proceeding as planned. You have received a copy of the weekly update because you have been marked as the “Project Contact”. If you feel that an alternative member of staff within your organisation should be receiving this information either alongside or independently of you please contact us to confirm the relevant contact details on 08455 192 130 where a member of the team will be more than happy to assist.
I don’t understand the installation update or I think that the information is incorrect?

We try our best to ensure that all of the information issued on our installation updates is current, and correct at the time of issue. Occasionally, there may be information included at the time of issue which has been superseded due to the progress of the installation having moved on at a faster rate than expected. In some cases, an installation update may be re-issued within the same morning to include any additional information. If you have any queries in relation to the format, content or meaning of any of the information contained within the update, please contact the Service Desk on 08455 192 130 where a member of the team will be more than happy to assist.
Do I need to do anything with this document, or its contents?

There may be occasions where you are required to take action as a result of on-going issues in relation to your installation works. Within the installation update document, any items marked with an orange or red status flag may require your attention. It is important that you read this information carefully as failure to do so could cause delay or result in additional costs being incurred. If there are no action points highlighted within the document, and all entries have a green status flag, this indicates that the job is progressing as planned and there are no outstanding issues requiring your attention. Please continue to read the information carefully however, to familiarise yourself with the stage which the installation is currently at. We advise that you keep a copy of the installation update documents as they are issued, for your records.
